Remove Fascia
1. Remove (12) push rivets located on the lower side of the fascia
2. Using a screw driver, remove (4) screws located in each wheel well
3. Remove taillight by removing the (1) screw located inside the hatch opening, underneath the screw cover. Carefully pull the taillight rearward
4. Remove (2) screws under the hatch, near trunk opening
5. Remove fascia. If equipped: detach the rear sensor plugs from the fascia before removing fascia
2. Lower exhaust – using a 12mm socket, remove (2) nuts that secure the
exhaust hangers on each side of the vehicle. Using exhaust removal pliers, lower
the muffler by removing the (2) forward exhaust hangers in front of the rear axel.
Note: be sure to secure the exhaust before lowering.

3. Remove the heat shields using a 10mm socket remove (6) screws from each
heat shield. Set aside for later reinstallation. Using a screwdriver, remove the
center fascia support on the bumper. If interference occurs, use pliers to bend
the metal fascia support out of the way.
