9.- COMMISSIONING.
9.1. Connection and start
•
Check that a 220 V, 50 Hz power supply is used.
•
Check that the network is able to withstand the maximum consumption of the hopper
(5 W).
•
Firstly, connect the plug of the charger to the socket that can be found at the bottom of
the hopper, by the switch. Then, connect the charger to the network.
•
If the hopper is active, the charger must be connected at all times.
•
The charger powers the battery of the hopper. In this way, its load will be enough if a
power outage occurs and the unit will be able to dose all the feed it may contain.
•
To put the hopper into operation, use the switch that can be found inside it, at the
bottom. The battery will continue to load even if this switch is in OFF position. The
hopper is equipped with a thermomagnetic, so if a blockage takes place and the motor
is completely stuck, power will cease to reach the motor.
9.2. Commissioning and programming
1. Remove the top cover that is over the hopper following these steps:
Take the handle and pull upwards so the cover may change its form.
Push laterally until the cover unclips from one side and remove it.
2. Fill the hopper with feed.
THE TOP COVER OF THE HOPPER MUST REMAIN
IN ITS PLACE DURING NORMAL OPERATION.
