4. PROGRAMMING
Do not exceed more than 30 seconds between each step since the re¬mote control will exit
the programming mode and you will have to start again.
- Semi-manual programming
This programming allows you to automatically fi nd the code to control the desired
component. Press the TV EXIT key to exit the automatic search.
1 Manually turn on the computer to be controlled (TV, VCR, etc.).
2. Press the SET button until the red LED is activated
at high intensity.
3. Press the button of the device that you want to
program, the selected button indicator will be
activated.
4. Point the remote control in the device direction
and repeatedly press CH▲ until the component is
controlled by the RM-30. If you accidentally pressed
the button CH more than necessary times, simply use
CH▲ ▼ to return.
5. When the device is found, press the ENTER key to fi nish and record the code in the
remote control's memory.
If equipment still cannot be controlled after having successfully applied programming
sequences, perform the manual programming.
