ERROR AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Description of the error
Indicator light is off.
Indicator light changes colors.
Audible flow noise
Pump won't run
at high power
When all outflows are closed
pump won't run at low power

If the pump is unresponsive, disconnect and connect it back to the electrical
grid.
Possible causes
No voltage applied.
The pump is blocked or dry.
The pump is not well
deaerated.
Pump was running at high
power for long period of time.
Solid or fibrous particles
stocked in entrance of impeller.
Pump badly calibrated
Solid or fibrous particles is
blocking impeller

Proposed solutions
Check electric installation and
fuses.
Clean the pump and make sure
the medium is in the system.
Let the pump run for a while
with outflows half opened.
When noise disappears, turn
the pump off, close outflows
and turn the pump on again.
Check if all outflows are closed.
Let the pump cool down, drain
water out, disassembly pump
(figure 3.3, page 10) and clean
entrance of impeller.
The pump auto-calibrates when
used normally. For quicker
result turn the pump off, close
outflows and turn the pump on
again.
Let the pump cool down, drain
water out, disassembly pump

unblock impeller.
