Note: Prior to Assembly
Check that the kit contains all the parts you will need to fit the cross bars. Refer to parts lists for guidance.
Please read these instructions before assembly.

13mm wrench
Step 1: Pre Assembly of end Supports
Loosely Assemble the end support + Adapter Foot + Strap/Nut +
40mm Bolt as shown in Fig 1
Step 2: Attach end Supports to Factory Roof Rails
a) Loosely Assemble the end support + Adapter Foot +
Strap/Nut + 40mm Bolt as shown in Fig 1
b) Guide the End Support Assembly onto the Factory roof rail
as in Figure 2 in the desired position fore aft it is
recommended that they are placed a minimum of 700mm
apart
c) Once the adapter foot is sitting flush on the rail PUSH the
strap into the adapter foot with a thumb until it contacts the
roof rail and hold it there as shown in Fig 3a then Fig 3b.
d) Use the supplied L wrench to tighten the bolt until snug. DO
NOT torque it down at this time
e) Check that the strap has engaged the rail as shown in
Figure 4
f) Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the remaining End Supports
