9. MAIN FEATURES

9.1. Making a call

• To make an internal call:
- lift the handset or press the
- dial the desired number using the dialling keypad or press the
function key associated to the desired number
- after the call is anwered, if not previously done, lift the
handset.
• To make an external call:
- lift the handset or press the
- dial the access code for external line (i.e. 0) or press the
function key associated to the desired number
- only in the first case (access code for external line), after a
dialling invitation tone, dial the number of the desired user
- after the call is anwered, if not previously done, lift the
handset.
• To make a call with automatic hands free call, if the extension
is enabled:
- leave the handset on-hook
- dial the desired number using the dialling keypad or press the
function key associated to the desired user.
• To make an external call with speed number (customized on
the system):
- lift the handset or press the
- dial the access code to the speed numbers table
- after a dialling invitation tone, dial the two digits code (00-99)
corresponding to the progressive number in table.
