Boil and keep warm
NOTE: In "keep warm" mode, water is not boiled. The kettle simply keeps the water at the tempera-
ture you set it to.
If you want to stop the water from boiling or interrupt it briefly, remove the kettle from the base.
NOTE: This appliance comes with a safety device which automatically switches off the heater ele-
ment if the appliance is inadvertently switched on when empty, or if it boils dry. In this case, let the
appliance cool down completely before filling with water again.

Operation
For boiled water and keeping it
warm, use the boiling function
first. After the water has boiled,
press the "WARM/SELECT"
button to set your keep warm
temperature.
Keep warm setting is same
as shown in Function #2,
"keep warm."
