Thank you for purchasing the V RIO vegetable slicer from
KÜCHENPROFI. Before using the product, please read these instructions
carefully and store them in a safe place.

· The blades are very sharp. Risk of injury!
· The vegetable slider and inserts must be kept out of reach of children.
· lways use the food holder when cutting and slicing smaller pieces of
food.

To remove the insert, first make sure that the thickness regulator is in
the position.

Now lift out the insert from below and carefully remove it.

Slide the desired insert with the blade up into the vegetable slider
until it audibly clicks into place. Make sure that you do not cut yourself
on the sharp blades when changing inserts.

When using knife inserts for slicing and for julienne, the thickness can
be adjusted from 1 mm (Pos. 1) to 5 mm (Pos. 5).
Place the vegetable slicer on the container and cut the desired vegetable
by applying gentle pressure and moving up and down evenly.
use the container for remains for smaller pieces of vegetables.
TIP: Larger vegetables should be halved or quartered.

