Display

After quickly pressing the ON/OFF button (8) on the display (2), the charge level will be visible for about 5 seconds with
the following representations:
• 4 led light bars – 80-100% charge level
• 3 led light bars – 60-80% charge level
• 2 led light bars – 40-60% charge level
• 1 led light bar – 20-40% charge level
• 1 flashing led light – charge level is lower than 20%
• All flashing led lights with repetition each second – Error status.
If undervoltage is detected, it persists even if the battery is switched off and then on again, until it reaches at least the
20% of its status of charge (SoC).
WARNING!
If the problem cannot be solved, take the battery (1) to an Authorised Service Point.
4.1.4

ON/OFF battery led light

When the button (8) is pressed while switching off the battery (1), the timed lit-up led bars quantity will decrease up to zero.
When the last led light bar is off, the battery (1) switches off by releasing the button (8).
4.1.5

Tool ON/OFF management

•
When the battery (1) is off, it is switched on by pressing the ON/OFF button (8). The charge level can be seen for 5
seconds.
•
When the battery (1) is off, it is switched on by connecting it to the charger (18). The charge level can be seen on as
long as the charger (18) is connected.
•
If the consumption is less than 200 mA, the self-switching-off timer is activated. Timing depends on the battery pack (1)
status of charge (SoC).
•
The operator can switch off the battery (1) by keeping the button (8) pressed for at least 5 seconds.
•
The battery (1) switches off automatically, when the charger (18) is disconnected or when charge is complete
•
While the battery (1) is charging, the OFF mode of the button (8) is disabled.
WARNING!
When not used, recharge the battery (1) in June and in December.
At the end of the pruning season, recharge the battery (1) completely before storing it.
Failure to comply with these indications could irreparably damage the battery pack (1).
WARNING!
Never work on trees or staying on ladders, since it is extremely dangerous.
Before starting any task with the tool, wear protective clothes. Check that all the safety and protection devices can
perfectly work and have been exactly assembled.
