TROUBLESHOOTING
RECOMMENDATIONS
1.
The agitator bar should be positioned so the belt lines up with the
grooves on the bottom frame of the vacuum.
2.
Ensure that vacuum is set to correct carpet height setting.

There may be a clog in the hose. Take the hose apart at the top
and bottom and remove the clog.
2.
Clean or replace the HEPA filter assembly and/or pre-motor filter.
3.
Ensure that vacuum is set to correct carpet height setting.
4.
Check suction control valve to ensure it is set correctly. Can be
set to Hose or Floor Cleaning.

The machine may turn off due to overheating.
2.
Check to make sure nothing is caught on the brush roll and
check for clogs.
3.
You will need to press the reset button to restart the brush.

The belt may be damaged or something may be caught in the
brush roll.
2.
Check brush roll for obstruction.
3.
Replace belt.

Check suction control valve to ensure that it is turned to floor
cleaning.
2.
Make sure vacuum is lowered into cleaning position. (Will not spin
in upright storage position.)
