Cleaning and maintenance
• Remove the bat+ery and make sure all electric
cables are well plugged before cleaning your
ebike;
• the use of hydro cleaners is not recommended
and in any case do not wet the internal electric
and electronic circuits, in order to prevent risk
of faults;
• carefully clean the dir+y par+s with a sof+ damp cloth and lit+le neutral
liquid soap. Af+erwards, use a sof+ dry cloth to dry carefully;
• clean the electric contacts with a dry sof+ cloth. If necessary, use
suitable detergent and protective products;
• Clean, check the lubrication of the mechanical par+s and check the
correct functioning of your EPAC regularly;
• Regularly pereorm wheel centering and ensure that all spokes are
sufeiciently in traction. This operation also ensures a correct alignment
between the pedaling sensor and the magnet positioned on the spoke.
Af+er about 150 km (100 miles) riding your ebike we recommend a
complete bike inspection pereormed by an exper+.
The bat+ery pack lasts longer if it is carefully kept, and especially if it is
stored in the proper ambient conditions: avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Store it in a dry place at a temperature of 10°C to 20°C.
If not used for an extensive period (e.g. winter season): remove the
bat+ery from the bike and make sure it has a charge equal to or greater
than 70%; recharge it at least every 4 months.

Crash replacement
A Crash Replacement service is reserved to the first owner of the bicycle
and it is valid for the first two years from the date of purchase, one time
only.
KP srl allows you to replace the frame of your "Ducati powered by Thok"
bike under cer+ain conditions in the event of an accident. The damaged
frame will be replaced with a frame of equal or greater value, without
components. The cost of assembly of the new frame is not to be included
in the price and it will be paid by the customer.
You will need to explain in detail the circumstances that led to the
damage and provide images of the defective bike.
We reserve the right not to grant the service whenever we find that the
damage is only aesthetic or caused on purpose.

Legal warranty for consumer
Pursuant to, and to the intents and purposes of, ar+s. 128 et seq. of
Legislative Decree 206/2005, KP srl provides a warranty on the products
purchased by a consumer customer against any nonconformity defects
that are observed within two years of the date of delivery of the products.
On used goods that have been examined and repaired according to the
manufacturer's specifications, pursuant to ar+. 134, 2nd clause, of
Legislative Decree 206/2005, KP Srl provides a warranty to a consumer
customer against any nonconformity defects that are observed within one
year of the date of delivery of the goods.
For the purposes of this Contract, the goods shall be deemed to be
conforming if, where applicable, the following circumstances coexist:
