Trouble
The flame is too
intense.
It is not possible to
extract the burner.
Possible cause
There is not enough
pellets in the burner
The drawer slide
guides have not been
lubricated.
Combustion residues
or foreign bodies
prevent it from flowing.
Solution
Do not intervene and
do not interrupt the
activity of the heater
in its combustion
process, paying close
attention to the high
temperatures it could
reach. At the next
ignition, load the
recommended quantity
of wood pellets.
Lubricate the burner
drawer guides. Perform
this procedure after
every second or third
use.
Check for any residues
or foreign bodies and
remove them.
