• Keep hands away from all sharp edges.
• Always attach a 3M SkyGrip Handle by Elixair to a SkyScraper before use to avoid personal injury.
• Dispose of all the process dust in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• M aintain labels and nameplates. These carry important information. If unreadable or missing,
contact a 3M service facility for a free replacement. Deliberate removal or tampering of these
labels will null and void the warranty.
• Use the tool system intermittently. Excessive continuous use may cause the drive motor to overheat.
1) Noise Information
Measured values determined according to EN60745. Typically the A-weighted sound pressure level
of the machine is LpA = 63 dB(A). The A-weighted sound power level of the machine is LWA = 74 dB(A).
The uncertainty of the measurement is K = 3 dB.
CAUTION:
2) Vibration Information
Overall vibration values (vector sum of three directions) determined according to EN60745:
Vibration emission value ah = 2,0m/s_, uncertainty K = 1,5m/s_. The vibration emission level
given in this information sheet has been measured in accordance with a standardised test given in
EN60745 and may be used to compare one tool with another. The vibration emission level will vary
because of the ways in which a power tool can be used and may increase above the level given in
this information sheet. This could lead to a significant underestimate of exposure when the tool is
used regularly in such a way.
NOTE: To be accurate, an estimation of the level of exposure to vibration experienced during a given
period of work should also take into account the times when the tool is switched off and when it is
running but not actually doing the job. This may significantly reduce the exposure level over the total
working period.
