Wärme-Anwendung ohne Massage. Zur Entspannung eignet sich besonders eine Wadenmassage, indem beide Beine mit den Waden auf das Gerät gelegt werden. Bei leichten Verspannungen im Lendenbereich, ist die Stützwirkung des Gerätes in Verbindung mit Wärme sehr angenehm. Wir empfehlen die Massagerolle mit Wärme auf einem weichen Untergrund, z.B Bett, Couch oder einem Sessel zu benutzen. -
