Try to install the driver manually. Refer to "Manual Installation for
Windows" on page 15.
Power off/on to reboot printer. If still no response, unplug and plug
back in. The printer should reboot.
Make sure the card is not damaged.
Push the card all the way into the card slot.
Make sure the card can be read by a PC or card reader.
