Sostituzione della cartuccia termostatica e del vitone (Fig. 8-9)
Prima di effettuare tali operazioni assicurarsi che l'acqua della rete idrica sia chiusa.
Vitone (Fig. 8): Estrarre dal corpo la parte superiore (A) del monocomando seguendo il procedimento inverso
al montaggio precedentemente illustrato. Svitare il grano di fissaggio della maniglia (B) utilizzando la chiave
a brugola indicata. Sollevare quindi la maniglia (C) sfilandola dal vitone (D). Svitare il vitone (D) dal corpo
(E) usando l'apposita chiave e procedere alla sostituzione. Effettuare inversamente il procedimento appena
illustrato per fissare il vitone al monocomando mantenendo i corretti riferimenti e infine collegare la parte
superiore osservando le indicazioni di montaggio in precedenza descritte.
Cartuccia termostatica (Fig. 9): Estrarre dal corpo la parte inferiore (F) del monocomando termostatico
seguendo il procedimento inverso al montaggio precedentemente illustrato. Svitare la vite di fissaggio (G)
della maniglia termostatica (H) utilizzando la chiave a brugola indicata. Estrarre quindi la maniglia (H) sfilandola
dalla cartuccia (M). Estrarre la boccola in plastica (I) e svitare la ghiera di tenuta (L) utilizzando l'apposita
chiave. Estrarre la cartuccia (M) dal corpo termostatico (E). Introdurre la cartuccia nuova avendo cura di
far coincidere la tacca in rilievo della stessa con quella che si trova sul corpo del monocomando. Effettuare
inversamente il procedimento appena illustrato per fissare la nuova cartuccia termostatica al monocomando
mantenendo i corretti riferimenti e infine collegare la parte inferiore osservando le indicazioni di montaggio in
precedenza descritte.
Replacement of the thermostatic cartridge and head screw (Fig. 8-9)
Check the closure of the water net before carrying out these operations.
Head screw (Fig. 8): Take the upper part (A) out from the single lever from the body according to the opposite
assembly procedure, previously shown. Unscrew the fixing grain of the handle (B) using the indicated Allen
wrench. Then lift the handle (C) taking it out from the head screw (D). Unscrew the head screw (D) from the
body (E) using the proper wrench and carry out the replacement. Carry out the just shown procedure on the
contrary in order to fix the head screw to the single lever keeping the correct references and then connect the
upper part following the previously described assembly indications.
Thermostatic cartridge (Fig. 9): Take out the lower part (F) from the single thermostatic lever according to
the opposite assembly procedure, previously shown. Unscrew the fixing screw (G) of the thermostatic handle
(H) using the indicated Allen wrench. Then take out the handle (H) pulling it out from the cartridge (M). Take
out the plastic bushing (I) and unscrew the tightness nut (L) using the proper wrench. Take out the cartridge
(M) from the thermostatic body (E). Introduce the new cartridge taking care to coincide the notch of it with the
one that is on the body of the single lever. Carry out the just shown procedure on the contrary in order to fix
the new thermostatic cartridge to the single lever keeping the correct references and then connect the lower
part according to the previously described assembly indications.
