INTRODUCTION
Your AIR NIBBLER has many features that will
make your job faster and easier. Safety, per-
formance and reliability have been given top
priority in the design of this tool, qualities to
make easy to maintain and to operate.
WARNING: The operation of any powertool
can result in foreign objects to be thrown in
their eyes which could result in severe dama-
ge. Before starting the operation wear safety
glasses, safety glasses with mica on the sides or
side shields, as the operation requires. For this
machine, safety glasses are recommended with
protective micas on the side.
IMPORTANT: This machine is designed to
cut mild steel, aluminum, tin and other mate-
rials up to 18 gauge (1.2 mm).
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION AND LUBRICATION
Size air supply line to ensure tool's maximum
operating pressure (PMAX) at tool inlet. Dra-
in condensate from valve(s) at low point(s) of
piping, air filter and compressor tank daily. Ins-
tall a properly sized Safety Air Fuse upstream
of hose and use an anti-whip device across any
hose coupling without internal shut-off, to
prevent hose whipping if a hose fails or cou-
pling disconnects.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance frequency is shown in the ilustra-
tion above.

Tool repair and maintenance should only be
carried out by an authorized Service Center.
When the life of the tool has expired, it is re-
commended that the tool be disassembled, de-
greased and parts be separated by material so
that they can be recycled.
