4.1.1.2 Partitioning & Formatting
Before you start to partition and format your hard drive, please be aware that this procedure will destroy
all existing data on the drive. This step is usually required when you are using a new hard drive, or you
need to change the format and repartition your hard drive.
4.1.1.2.1 Windows Vista/XP/2000
1. Turn on your computer and start Windows Vista/XP/2000
system, then connect your TS01B to your computer and
turn on it. Click "start", and click on "Control Panel". In the
Control Panel, open "Administrative Tools"
2. Once you've entered "Administrative Tools", locate and
double-click on "Computer Management".
3. After you open "Computer Management", click on "Disk
Management", and you will see a new drive listed.
4
