CAUTIONS

Use this device with copper or copper clad wire only.
• To clean use a damp cloth with mild soap. DO NOT use disinfecting products, including foggers, sprays or other types of
atomized cleaning agents.
WARNING:

POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING!
2. Connect wires per WIRING DIAGRAM as follows:
To Side Wire:
Remove approximately 3/4 in (1.9 cm) insulation from wire. Loop wires clockwise 3/4 turn around terminal screws. Tighten screws over wire
loops to 14-18 in lbs. Terminal screws accept up to #12 AWG copper or copper clad wire.
To Quickwire™:
Remove approximately 5/8 in (1.6 cm) insulation from wire. Insert straight #14 AWG solid copper wires into round Quickwire™ holes.
If the switch must be replaced or rewired after Quickwiring, gently press the tip of a small screwdriver in the release slot and back the
wire out gradually. If the switch or Quickwire™ terminal become damaged, do not reuse.
3. Mount device using long mounting screws. Attach wallplate (not included).
4. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse. Installation is complete.

lost sales or profits or delay or failure to perform this warranty obligation. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise.
