DISPENSE MENU
The "dispense" menu allows, after operator's identification, to dispense
the specified quantity of the selected product. Figure 12 shows the
different parts of the menu as well as the 4 data (1) entries that are
needed to complete the dispensing.
While you are setting up the dispensing, you can return to the previous
screen by pressing the
key.
To start dispensing, follow the following procedure:
1. OPERATOR
Select the "operator code" field (2) on the screen and enter your code
by keyboard. Then, press the key associated with the "enter" icon (3).
Optionally, you can log in by using RFID or magnetic key if these
devices have been provided to you.
2. ORDER
In the "order" menú, select the "work order" field (4) and enter the
order you want to execute. Select the key associated with the "enter"
icon (3) to confirm.
3. PRODUCT
Select the product field (5) on the screen and use the shortcut keys
associated with the navigation buttons (6) and (7) to select the fluid to
dispend. Then, select the dispensing point field (8) on the screen and,
using the keys (6) and (7), select the desired hose reel.
Select the key associated with the "enter" icon (3) to confirm.
4. QUANTITY
Select the quantity field (9) on the screen and enter the volume to be
dispensed using the keyboard. Select the key associated with the
"enter" icon (3) to confirm.
5. SUMMARY AND CONFIRMATION
Finally, a summary screen that presents all the data entered in the 4
previous steps is displayed on the screen (figure 17). If any of these
parameters need to be modified press the cancel key (10), and if they
are correct press the confirmation key (11) to start the dispensing.
