Insert the motor body (4) in the shaft (6) until it blocks. For unblocking, press the buttons (5).
SETTING THE WORKING SPEED
The unit features two working speeds (2 and 3 button) and a speed controller (1).
The speed control allows to modulate the speed of blades or whisk, and it can be used only with
the low speed. The second speed is faster than the first one, even if you put the controller to the
maximum level.
For best results and to avoid overheating, it is recommended to use the unit for short and regular
intervals, then for a long time, always making circular movements inside the container of food.
It is also recommended to start processing food from the first speed, then gradually increasing by
using the speed controller, ending up using the faster speed.

CHOPPER

Assemble chopper set as described in the "Assembling the chopper" section.

Plug the unit to the electrical outlet.

Press the button (speed I or II) to start operating.
CAUTION: if you lift the lid from the working bowl, the blade will stop automatically,
avoiding any risk of injury.

Unplug the unit from the outlet once the process is finished.
This appliance is not suitable for chopping hard foods or ice, as they could damage the blades.
Otherwise, it is suitable for making baby food, milk shakes, sauces, vegetables, fruits, almonds,
meat, etc... When processing fruits or vegetables, remember to chop them into small pieces and
remove pits or hard rinds.
If you want to prepare baby food, add some water or milk in small quantity.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl.
Assembling the chopper set
Assemble the set as shown on Figure 3, 4 and 5.
Assemble the blades to the bowl as shown in Figure
3 and insert the food.
Place the lid by hooking it to the appropriate joints
on the container, as shown in Figure 4.
Insert motor body (4) in the lid (10) until block.

WHISK ATTACHMENT

Assemble chopper set as described in the "Assembling the whisk" section.

Plug the unit to the electrical outlet.

Press the button (speed I or II) to start operating.
CAUTION: do not insert your fingers or hair inside the food container.

Unplug the unit from the outlet once the process is finished.
The whisk attachment is ideal for creating sauces and cream and for whipping and whisking.
Insert the pin of the whisk (9) into the attachment (8). Insert body (4) in attachment (8) until block.
