3.3 Limitation of flexion

The 3A1800 KINEGEN.air-active allows knee flexion of 150°. However, this
flexion angle is only achieved with correct socket- / prosthesis set-up.
Clamps of lamination anchors must be positioned at the socket medially
or laterally, as per instruction manual. If the clamp is placed posterior, the
flexion angle of the joint can possibly not be fully used or the joint may
become damaged (fig. 2). If the prosthesis set-up is done correctly, it is
assumed that the user's buttock touches the prosthetic foot, before the
socket touches the knee joint (fig. 2).

3.4 Combination options

For cosmetic coverage, only our foam cover item nr. 61A147 is allowed.
All Streifeneder prosthetic feet with approval for activity level 2 to 3
(outdoor walkers to unlimited outdoor walkers) and up to max. body weight,
including carried and supported loads of up to 125 kg / 275 lbs. are suitable
for combination with the knee joint 3A1800 KINEGEN.air-active.
Attention!
The standing safety is also affected by the construction of the
prosthetic foot.
