Storing the M Acoustic Earhook
When not in use, store M Acoustic Earhook in the
equipment case provided.
Cleaning and Maintenance
•
Your M Acoustic Earhook should be inspected daily
for earwax and moisture deposits. Wipe the dome
daily with a dry tissue.
•
If the M Acoustic Earhook is exposed to moisture
or humidity, it is best to dry it daily by wiping with
a dry tissue.
•
If utilizing a dome, it should be replaced every three
months, or when it becomes stiff or brittle.
•
Replace the earwax protection on the speaker unit
every four to eight weeks, or sooner if it becomes
visibly dirty, blocked, or the sound seems quieter
or lower.
•
Remove the M Acoustic Earhook before using hair
spray or applying cosmetics, as these products may
damage the M Acoustic Earhook.
•
To clean your M Acoustic Earhook:

Remove the dome from the speaker unit.
»
Using a lint-free cloth or moist cleansing wipe, gently clean
the dome and speaker unit. Never use cleaning agents such
as household detergents or soap to clean any parts of your M
Acoustic Earhook.
»
Prior to reattaching the dome to the speaker unit, ensure that
all parts are completely dry.
