1 Wrap each end of Parent Organizer around black foam portion of handle bar.
2 Check to be sure Parent Organizer is securely attached before use.
Prior to Reclining Toddler Seat: Extend handlebar to highest position to allow for
clearance between seat and Parent Organizer.
