Introduction
The Thumbwheel is designed for convenient control of focus, aperture or zoom
using the DJI Focus motor. It can also be connected to a DJI Remote Start/Stop
to control the Electronic Lens supported by RED cameras, simplifying camera
control when mounted on a RONIN
provides up to 18-hours of operation.
1. Securing Knob
For mounting and securing
the Thumbwheel.
2. Step-down Adapter
Use or remove the step-down
adapter as needed.
3. Communication Port
For connecting to a device
for communication.
4. Micro USB Port
Charging or upgrading.
5. Adjustment Knob
Adjust the mounting position
of the Thumbwheel.
6. System Status Indicator
Indicates the system status.
7. Shutter Button
Used with the DJI Remote Start/Stop for camera control.
8. Focus Wheel
Controls the camera lens.
9. Direction Switching Button (DIR button, built-in LED)
Switches the rotation direction.
10. Travel Range Setting Button (LENS button, built-in LED)
Sets the travel range of the lens.
11. Battery Level Indicators
Indicates the current battery level.
12. Power Button
Press once to check battery level, press and hold to power on/off the
Thumbwheel.
