INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR
Thanks for choosing our product. For a correct use of the motor you are kindly requested to follow
carefully the instruction below indicated concerning the installation and the use of non-toxic oil
cooled submersible motors.
Warnings!
This motor is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the motor.

2. LIMITS OF USE

It's necessary to respect the following conditions for the correct use of the motor in a
deep well 4":
1. Maximum ambient temperature:+35ºC.
2. Medium pH value: 6.5-8.5.
3. Max. depth of immersion: 500m
4. The other performance must meet the technical parameters marked on the name plate.
3. INSTALLATION AND WARNINGS
It's necessary to respect the following conditions for the correct use of the motor in a deep well 4":
1. Before operation, check whether there exist damages, e.g. cable, plug, etc. during the transport.
Replace or repair them immediately if damages occurred.
2. Before operation, check whether the insulation resistance conforms to the standard requirement.
The insulation resistance must exceed 1MΩwhen it comes to close operation temperature.
3. Do not turn off control button (black on the protection device when the motor normally works.
Once control button abnormally cuts off, switch off the power to fi nd the problem. After the problem
is resolved, the control button should be fi rstly reset, then start motor operation.
4. Before submersion, the trial-run should be done within 1 min, and check whether the rotational
direction keeps as same as indicated arrow marked on the name plate.
