Lubrication

Routine lubrication is essential to good performance and durability of your ensiling machine. We
recommend using good quality grease, special for bearings, made from lithium soap base, classified
as NLGI 2 EP.
Lubricate the displayed parts using a grease gun every 10 hours of operating.
Before lubricating, clean the grease fittings in order to avoid any contamination of the grease and
replace any damaged grease fittings.
Model: EN-6180
ROTOR BALL BEARINGS (grease fittings A and B).
TRANSMISSION GEARBOX.
Model: EN-6180
Lubricate: Change the oil after the first 50 hours
of operation.
Other changes after 300 hours of operation.
Lubricant: 150/CLP Oil.
Gear box oil capacity: 700 ml.
Remove the existing screw on the bottom of the
transmission gearbox to drain the oil. Fill the oil
periodically as necessary.
