EMERGENCY STOP:

Stopping through the red EMERGENCY STOP mushroom button located on the control panel (Annex 1 page 69), causes
stopping of both the emergency module, which stops the motor supply, and the PLC, which ceases all operations
showing the message "EMERGENCY STOP".
After resetting the emergency mushroom button, wait for 2" needed by the PLC to test the safety devices, after which
the door can be operated.
If a button is pressed during the safety device test, the door will stop and the flashing light will flash, in which case,
press the emergency mushroom button again, reset and wait for the test to be run.
SENSITIVE RIDGE ( "contact safety"):
Fitted on the "closing end" of the leaf edge for a height of approx. 1.50mt from the floor surface.
In the event of interference with an obstacle, during closing of the leaf, the action of an electric contact is recorded
(SQE) and the leaf stops, after which the leaf starts again in the opposite direction, opening direction.
If the sensitive ridge is pressed or if it is not working properly, the PLC, with the door closed and open, will not allow
any manoeuvre and the display will show the "SICUREZZE INTERVENUTE " (SAFETY DEVICES ON) MESSAGE.
MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICE:
The safety system comprises the drive system that links the leaf to the drive belt and the cover, which in the event of
breakage of the support wheel pin, act as coupling for the leaf to prevent it from falling.
LEAF MOVEMENT FLASHING LIGHTS (fig.1 page 32):
These turn on automatically when the leaf starts the "electrically-controlled" movement for either opening or closing.
They must be placed outside and if necessary inside the chamber or room.
If the pre-flashing function is on, the flashing light will operate 1" before opening of the leaf and 3" before it closes.
PHOTOCELL:
The safety system comprises a photocell which reacts in a similar manner to the sensitive ridge the moment it detects
passage during closing.
In the event of interruption of the photocell beam or if it is not working properly, the PLC, with the door closed and
open, will not allow any manoeuvre and the display will show the message
"SICUREZZE INTERVENUTE" (SAFETY DEVICES ON)
There are 3 photocell models:
1. Photocell with reflex reflector (Standard fitting; fig.2 page 38)
2. Transmitter/Receiver photocell (in models for low temperature; fig.1 page 40)
