Chrono Diamond offers you the option to extend the manufacturer's warranty for your watch
from 24 to 48 months. To use this option, you must first register your watch within the regular
warranty period. To do this, please fill out the warranty form at
https://www.chronos-manufactures.ch/garantie/chronodiamond or scan the QR code on the
enclosed warranty card. You will then be asked to upload your invoice. After successful regist-
ration, you will receive a certificate by e-mail for your records.
Towards the end of the guarantee period, you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to
send in your Chrono Diamond watch for an inspection, for which a charge is payable. In the
course of this revision, our watchmakers will check whether your watch is in perfect working
order and will fix any defects and flaws. After the inspection, you will receive a new guarantee
for your watch, which will be valid for another 24 months.
If you make regular use of this service, you will enjoy your watch for a lifetime.
