Wiring diagram

For all interface blocks, the vertical rows are identified by letters and the horizontal rows by num-
bers. Numbering starts at the test-system-side interface block at the top right and the DUT-side
interface block at the top left, as viewed in each case from the wiring side.
5.3) Installation dimensions (in mm)
The installation dimensions are the same for all interface blocks.

Operation

The interface blocks are installed as electrical equipment and not operated directly by the user.
