General cleaning instructions

Do not jet water onto the appliance
and do not clean it under flow-
ing water. This would result in the
danger of an electric shock and the
appliance could be damaged.
• Clean the device with a damp cloth.
• Should blockages occur, remove the
suction pipe and pressure pipe. Rinse
out the foreign matter with water and
clean the suction filter.
• All other measures, particularly open-
ing the pump must be carried out by a
qualified electrician. Use our service
centre in the case of repairs.

Emptying the pump

If there is a danger of frost or longer pe-
riods of non-use (e.g. winter) the pump
must be completely emptied.
1. Open the drain screw (9) and
empty the water from the pump.
2. Rinse the pump with clear wa-
ter.

Storage

• Keep the equipment clean, dry and
out of the reach of children.
• For storage, empty the pump (see
"Emptying the pump").
Waste Disposal and
Environmental Protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the
tool, accessories and packaging to a recy-
cling centre when you have finished with
them.
Do not dispose of electrical ap-
pliances as unsorted municipal
waste, use separate collection fa-
cilities.
Hand over the device at an utilization
location. The plastic and metal parts em-
ployed can be separated out and thus re-
cycled use can be implemented. Ask our
Service-Center for details.
Defective units returned to us will be dis-
posed of for free.
