Guarantee

• We grant a 24-month warranty for this
appliance. Commercial use or con-
tinuous operation will invalidate the
guarantee.
• Damage due to natural wear and tear,
overload or incorrect use is excluded
from the guarantee. Certain com-
ponents are subject to normal wear
and tear and are excluded from the
guarantee. These include in particular:
filters or attachments provided that the
claims are not traced back on material
defects.
• In the case of pumping water contain-
ing sand or aggressive liquids or other
incorrect, non-design-appropriate use,
as well as in case of non-observance
of the operating manual, application
of force in use or inappropriate or in-
sufficient maintenance, no guarantee
claim exists, since seals, impeller
wheel, motor or other parts are dam-
aged by this.
• Furthermore, the prerequisite for guar-
antee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.
• Damage, which has been caused
from material or manufacturing faults,
will be made good free of charge, by
replacement delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is
returned to our service center undis-
mantled and with proof of purchase
and guarantee.

Repair Service

For a charge, repairs not covered by the
guarantee can be carried out by our ser-
vice branch, which will be happy to issue
a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that has
been sent with adequate packaging and
postage.
Attention: Please send your equipment
to our service branch in clean condition
and with an indication of the defect.
Equipment sent carriage forward or by
bulky goods, express or other special
freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your defective devices
free of charge when you send them to us.
