ASSEMBLY OF THE LINER
4.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and fit it well against the base.
4.2 Insert the left front flap into the seat on the support fixed to the polystyrene inner
shell and push it slightly downwards until it is completely locked (Fig. 14). Follow
the same steps for the central front and right flaps.
4.3 Insert the rear flaps of the liner in their lower seats on the shell sealing edge as
shown in Fig. 13.
4.4 Carefully adjust the liner until it adheres well to the shell.
NOTE: Check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering
the VPS. These movements should be smooth. If this is not the case, repeat the
steps 3.2 and 4.2.

ASSEMBLY OF THE ROLL NECK
5.1 Insert the rear flaps of the roll neck in their upper seats on the shell sealing edge
as shown in Fig. 12 and in Fig. 15.
5.2 Once the left cheek pad front snap fastener is released, hook the front eyelet
fastener to the roll neck as shown in Fig. 11 A.
5.3 Repeat this step on the right side of the helmet.
5.4 Hook the cheek pads front snap buttons again (left and right).

ASSEMBLY OF THE CHEEK PADS
6.1 Pull the rectangular textile extension on the back of the left cheek pad and insert
the chin strap into the corresponding slot, extending it out from the opposite side
of the padding (Fig. 11B).
6.2 Push the padding of the cheek pad in line with the snap fasteners on its back in
order to fasten them to their seats (Fig. 11A).
6.3 Repeat these steps with the padding of the right cheek pad.
WARNING!!!
-
Remove the padding only when cleaning or washing is required.
-
Never use the helmet if the inner comfort padding and the cheek pads have not
been correctly and completely restored.
-
Delicately hand-wash in lukewarm water (max. 30°C) and neutral soap.
-
Rinse off with cold water and dry up at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
-
Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.
-
The inner polystyrene is an easily deformable material, in fact it is apt to change
or get partially destroyed to help absorb shocks.
-
Use a damp cloth to clean it and let it dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
-
Do not modify the helmet's internal polystyrene components in any way.
-
Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described above.
