Removing space for glasses
8.1. Remove the left cheek pad from the helmet (see instructions above).
8.2. Open the cheek pad at the top, reinsert the previously removed padding (Fig. 16)
in the cheek pad and close it.
8.3. Refit the cheek pad on the helmet (see instructions above).
8.4. Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad.

VENTILATION
The ventilation system of the N104 ABSOLUTE helmet consists of:
Lower ventilation system: it allows ventilation in the mouth and visor area. To

open the ventilation system operate the slider as indicated in figure 17. To close
the ventilation system operate the slider in the opposite direction.

Top ventilation system: it allows ventilation in the top area of the head thanks to
the innovative AIR BOOSTER TECHNOLOGY that channels the air coming from
the top air intake by directing it in the top area of the rider's head without any
dispersion.
To open the front ventilation system move the slider of the top air intake until its
limit stop (Fig. 18).
To close the ventilation system operate the slider in the opposite direction.
Rear air extractors: they allow warm and stale air to flow out ensuring an opti-

mum comfort inside the helmet (Fig. 19).

- NOLAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM PRE-SETTING
®
Your Nolan helmet is factory-preset to be equipped with the N-Com communication
system.
During communication system installation (see the specific instructions contained in
the N-Com kit) it will be necessary to remove the foam material lower back rest and
noise reducers from the helmet as shown in Fig. 20.
WARNING!!!

The foam material lower back rest and noise reducers should ONLY be re-
moved if the helmet is used with an installed N-Com® compatible system.
