Before starting to repair and dismantle a part, make sure the vehicle is suitably supported.
CAUTION
AVOID THE LOAD ON THE JACK BEING OFF CENTRE ¿J
Loads off centre can cause overturning or damage to the jack and to the people working with
it.
MAINTENANCE
7KH DGMXVWDEOH FUDGOH RQO\ UHTXLUHV RFFDVLRQDO OXEULFDWLRQ RI WKH SLQV  DQG  
Do not lubricate or grease the adjustable brackets.
INSPECTIONS
Both the adjustable cradle and the jack must be visually checked before use, checking there
is no damage or breakage.
Each adjustable cradle must immediately be checked if it has been subjected to overloading,
impact, or deformation.
,W LV UHFRPPHQGHG WR KDYH DQ DQQXDO LQVSHFWLRQ PDGH E\ WKH TXDOL¿HG SHUVRQQHO RI WKH
authorized service centre and that every defective or dangerous part be immediately replaced
with genuine spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.
DAMAGED CRADLES
All damaged or badly operating cradles must be put out of order, demolishing them and
disposing of the material according to the regulations in force in the country where the part is
demolished.
