MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the appliance and allow to cool completely.
• Remove attachments. Ensure that the appliance has completely cooled down.
• Ensure that the water reservoir is emptied after every use.
• Clean the plates using a soft, dampened cloth, without soap, to preserve the
optimal quality of the plates. Do not scratch the plates.
• It is best to use distilled water to fill the reservoir. Where that is not possible, ensure
the appliance is descaled frequently.
• Put away the straightener with the plates closed together to effectively protect
them with the plate locking system (10).
