Mincer accessory for the BODUM®
BISTRO Stand Mixer. Please read these
instructions carefully before using the
BISTRO Meat Mincer together with the
BISTRO Stand Mixer.

SAFEGUARDS
– When using electrical appliances,
basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the ones
specified below.
– Please read all instructions before
using this attachment for the
first time. Non-compliance with
instructions and safety information
may result in dangerous situations.
– After unpacking this attachment,
please check for signs of damage.
Do not use it if you are unsure and
contact your dealer.
– Keep packaging material (box, plastic
bag) out of reach of children (danger
of suffocation and injury).
– The BISTRO Stand Mixer is designed
for household use only. Do not use
this BISTRO Stand Mixer outdoors.
– Do not place this BISTRO Stand
Mixer on or adjacent to a gas
or electric stove that is turned on, or
in a pre-heated oven.
– The manufacturer is not liable for
damages or injuries caused by
inappropriate or improper use. Use
this BISTRO Stand Mixer for its
intended purpose only.
– Do not allow children to play with this
BISTRO Stand Mixer.
– This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
– Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with
appliance.
– Never touch the appliance with moist
or wet hands. Do not touch the power
cord or plug with wet hands, either.
– Do not use any attachments that
are not recommended by the
manufacturer of the appliance. This
may result in fire, electric shock or
injury.
– Do not set any of the switches to
the ON position by force and do not
alter the switches to maintain the
ON position. This could damage the
appliance. It could injure you as well.
– Never submerge the motor housing in
water! Please bear in mind that it is
an electrical appliance.
– Clean only with a damp cloth!
– Hold the plug and not the power
cord when disconnecting the BISTRO
Stand Mixer from power.
– Please ensure that the power cord
does not hang down over the edge
of a table or counter or that it
comes into contact with hot surfaces
including your stove.
– Keep your hair and utensils during
mixing outside the meat mincer to
avoid severe injuries to persons
and damages on the appliance. You
may use a spatula but only if the
appliance is not in service.
– Unplug the appliance if it is not in
use, if you attach or detach parts or
prior to cleaning the meat mincer.
– Never put electrical appliances into
operation if the power cord or plug
is damaged, after malfunctions
