Assembly instructions
1.
Ensure pinion (3) and motorshaft are clean and free from grease.
2.
Apply high strength retainer 638 to the pinion bore hole, taking
care not to use an excessive amount.
3.
Push the pinion onto the motor shaft using a twisting motion until
the pinion is against the retainer.
4.
Ensure the retainer does not contaminate the motor or the gear
teeth
5.
Allow to set

Locate plate (2) over front flange of motor.
7.
Using screws (5) taking and drop through mounting holes in the
gearhead (1) and locate gearhead over the sleeve so the screws
align with the coinciding mounting holes on the motor.8.
Tighten screws carefully so as not to strip thread. For a
permanent fixing use a thread lock adhesive.
