Sanitizing (before fi rst use
and subsequently once daily)
1. Sanitize parts in boiling water for fi ve minutes

Suitable for microwave, steam or cold water sanitization.
We do not recommend microwave or steam sanitizing for

Drying
Place parts on a clean surface and air dry completely
before assembly.

4.4 Breast Shield sizing

Elvie Stride comes with two
If needed (21 mm ) or (28 mm) Breast Shields are
available to purchase separately.
The Breast Shield creates a seal between your nipple and the
pump, and it is therefore important it fi ts well.
To check your size:
1. Put the Breast Shield on with the sizing symbol
facing upwards, and place your nipple in the
center of the fi t lines
2. The fi t lines should align with the outside of your nipple
3. To comfortably pump on both sides, repeat this process
for both nipples to ensure you have the correct Breast
Shield size for each nipple
