Fig.8: Connect top beams 3 (D3) with top beams 2 (D2), then secure with bolts (JJ) and washers (BB), tighten
with Phillips screwdriver (not included)
Fig.9: Attach the assembled top beams (D2/D3) to the assembled top arc beams (B) using bolts (EE) and
washers (BB). Tighten with wrench (ZZ).
Fig.10: Insert the fabric tubes 1 (L3) to the fabric tubes 2 (L4), then secure with bolts (JJ) and washers (BB/LL),
tighten with Phillips screwdriver (not included).
Fig.11: Place the canopy (N) on the top of the pergola, then insert the assembled tubes (L3/L4) into the hemline
of the canopy.
Fig.12-1: Insert the rail tube connector (K) down to the top of rail tube (M1), secure with bolt (EE). Tighten with
phillips screwdriver (not included).
Fig.12-2: Insert the bottom of rail tube (M1) to the hole of fabric tube (L3/L4).
Fig.12-3: Insert the rail tube connector (K) up to the bottom of rail tube (M1), secure with bolt (EE). Tighten with
Phillips screwdriver (not included).
Fig.13: Push the spring buckle on the rail tube (M1) and pull the hole of fabric tube 1 (L3) and fabric tube 2 (L4)
underneath the spring buckle. So the fabric tubes will not move up.
Fig.14: Lift the base covers (P) and secure the assembled pergola to the ground with stakes (FF). Your pergola
is now fully assembled.
