if your device is not working correctly.
Please follow these tips to avoid dangers and damages.
► Repairs at electronical units must be made only by
authorized technical support service.
► Don't try to open the unit by yourself, there are no parts that
can be repaired by yourself.
phone status is not showing:
This function is not supported by all mobile phones
No pairing possible:
• Turn the unit off / on and try it again.
• Please make sure that the unit is in pairing mode.
Loudspeaker volume too low:
Please increase the volume on the mobile phone during an
active call..
Voice too low to be heard from the person who is talking to
the wheel user:
Try the following Steps during an active call:
• Adjust the Mic gain at the SeecodeWheel to high
or
• the person who is talking to the wheel user adjust his/her
mobile phone volume to maximum..
Dialled number cannot be found in the call register:
Numbers dialled directly with the mobile phone cannot be
stored in the call register of the SeecodeWheel.
