● Immediately obtain medical help in case of electric shock.
● Never use the generator when any of the following conditions is true:
- Rotational speed of the engine is not stable.
- There is no receiver of electrical power.
- Receiver of electrical power overheats.
- There is sparking on electrical connections.
- Sockets are damaged.
- Ignition of combustion engine is unstable.
- Excessive vibrations appear.
- Flames or smoke appear.
- Room with the generator is closed.
- It is raining or in bad weather.
- In fire hazardous environment.
● Check fuel feed system periodically against leaks or signs of damage, such as abrasions or ageing of the
fuel line, damage of the tank or the filler plug. All faults must be removed before starting the generator.
● Use, operation and fuel filling of the generator is allowed provided, that:
- The ventilation is good – avoid rooms and places where vapours or exhaust gas may accumulate, such
as excavations, basements, shelters, boat bilge compartments. Air flow and appropriate temperature
are important, temperature should not exceed 40
- Exhaust gas must be removed from closed room with high temperature resistant pipe. Fumes contain
carbon monoxide, which is odourless and invisible. Inhalation of this gas may cause severe poisoning,
or even death.
- Fill the generator fuel tank in well illuminated places. Avoid spilling the fuel. Never fill the tank while
the engine is working. Before pouring the fuel always wait until the engine cools down.
- Muffler and air filter must always be installed and must be in good condition, because they prevent
flame to go out when air-fuel mixture burns in intake pipe (combustion "shoots" in carburettor).
● Keep flammables away from the generator.
● When operating the generator you cannot wear loose clothing, jewellery, anything that can be caught
during start-up or by rotating parts of the generator.
● Generator must reach its working speed before electrical load is connected. Disconnect electrical load
before switching off combustion engine.
● To prevent dangerous power oscillations that could cause damage to equipment, do not allow fuel to
run out and in consequence stopping the engine, when electrical load is still connected.
● Do not insert anything through ventilation holes, even when the engine is not working. It may cause
generator damage or body injury.
● To prevent spilling the fuel, empty fuel tank of the generator before transportation in a mechanical vehicle .
● Lift the generator appropriately when carrying it from one location to another. Inappropriate lift may
cause body injury.
● To prevent burns, do not touch muffler or any other part of the combustion engine or generator, which
may get hot during operation of the device.
● Do not connect the generator to other sources of electric power.
● Use hearing protection.
● All repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer service.
CAUTION! The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and additional safety systems are
used, nevertheless there is always a small risk of operational injuries.
