Breaking of the cylinder
When wanting to break the cylinder neit-
her plug pulling ring nor base plate are re-
quired. After connecting the Lockforce to
the screw, tighten the pulling mechanism
carefully, pulling the cylinder into the head of
the Lockforce. Standard cylinders will now
break automatically. High-security cylinders
with special reinforced bodies will not break
that easily, though! When pulling the cylin-
der inside the head of the Lockforce it will
not be held by the screw alone anymore,
but will be further fixed by the head itself.
In order to increase "the grip" even more
you can tighten the two screws in the sides
of the head. By moving the Lockforce left
and right repeatedly you can now break the
special cylinder. After the breaking of the
cylinder remove the parts that may have
stayed in the lock. It is now possible to open
the lock using the included universal key.

For the breaking/pulling of cylinders please
use our Zieh-Fix pull screws only! The use
of cutting oil will facilitate driving the screw
into the keyway . Also consider our Screw-
