CAUTION: BEFORE USING THE POWER TOOL READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.
SAFETY OF POLISHER OPERATION
Before connecting the polisher to a power network always ensure the supply voltage matches the
voltage on the rating plate of the tool.
Do not use the polisher when power cords are damaged or worn out.
Connect the polisher only to electrical system equipped with residual current circuit breaker that will
cut the power off when earth leakage current exceeds 30 mA in less than 30 ms.
Use the polisher in dry environment only.
The polisher is not designed for wet operation.
Polisher wheel must rest on the processed surface prior to switching on the polisher.
The polisher should be switched off when carried or transported.
Do not carry the polisher when holding by its power cord.
Ensure the switch is in the off position before plugging the polisher to a power network.
Always keep the power cord away from moving parts of the polisher.
When operating the polisher do not apply excessive pressure that might stop the tool.
During operation hold the polisher firmly with both hands.
Do not touch moving parts of the polisher.
After switching off, do not put away the polisher until all moving parts stop.
Always disconnect the polisher from power supply network before polishing pad replacement and
before any maintenance or repair.
Clean the ventilation holes in the polisher body with stream of compressed air on a regular basis.
Excessive deposition of dust inside the motor casing may cause electrical faults.
CAUTION! This device is designed to operate indoors.
The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and additional safety systems are used,
nevertheless there is always a small risk of operational injuries.
CONSTRUCTION AND USE
Polisher is a power tool driven by a single-phase commutator motor. The tool is designed for polishing
and dry buffing of lacquer coated surfaces of wood, metal or plastic workpieces. Range of use covers
works in automotive branch, woodworking and any work from the scope of individual, amateur activities
(tinkering).
Do not use cutting blades, wire brushes or diamond discs. Use abrasive paper with gradation above
K 220.
Use the power tool according to the manufacturer's instructions only.
