Preparing the mould:
GB
To use the plaster cast, simply close the mould and clip shut. Then turn upside down and
place it on the newspaper with the flat base face-down.
Preparing the plaster:
To prepare the mix, use the measuring cup included in the box.
You always need 1 measuring cup of water for 2 measuring cups of plaster.
For a bigger model, it is necessary to double the quantities.
In a bowl, carefully mix the plaster with the water (you need to avoid having too many
bubbles).
Creating your model:
WARNING: With this activity, you are using quick-drying plaster that will set in 10/15 minutes.
You need to carry out each stage, preparing enough plaster for 1 mould. If you make enough for
several moulds, the mixture risks being unusable.
1) Carefully pour the mixture into the mould and leave to dry for 10/15 minutes.
During this time, remove excess plaster from the bowl using newspaper and then clean for
next use.
2) After about 10/15 minutes, carefully open the mould in order to see the results. If there
are any holes in the model, fill the hole with a little plaster applied with a paint brush. If any
imperfections appear, it's possible to smooth these out with sandpaper.
Clean the mould after use and dry before washing your hands carefully.
