indicated in this paragraph.
SYMBOL
Indicates the need to use protections for the head suitable to perform the operation
described.
Indicates the need to use protective gloves suitable to perform the operation
described (if need be, dielectric gloves when executing interventions on the
electrical system).
Indicates the need to use protective clothing suitable to perform the operation
described.
Indicates the need to use anti-injury boots suitable to perform the operation
described.
Indicates the need to use protective goggles to perform the operation described.

Final testing

The partly completed machinery is tested directly by the manufacturer at the Rivacold s.r.l. factory
during the production process.

Warranty

1.6.1. General conditions

The Manufacturer, Rivacold s.r.l., guarantees that the partly completed machinery and the
equipment produced by the Manufacturer are free of material and processing flaws, for a period
agreed upon stipulation of the sale contract of the partly completed machinery.

1.6.2. Parts not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover wear parts and any the tools or consumables supplied by the
Manufacturer together with the partly completed machinery.

1.6.3. Operations that entail Expiry of the Warranty

Any attempt to disassemble, modify, or tamper with a component of the partly completed
machinery made by the User or by unauthorized personnel entails expiry of the warranty and
absolves the Manufacturer of any responsibility concerning any possible damages to persons and
things alike that stem from such tampering.
The Manufacturer likewise deems itself absolved of any possible responsibility and cancels the
warranty on the partly completed machinery in the following circumstances:
 misuse of the partly completed machinery (see Paragraph 2.5 "Intended and improper use
of the partly completed machine");
 use contrary to what established by the norms in force in the country where the machine is
being used;
 installation of the partly completed machinery in conditions differing from those specified in
Chapter 4 – Transport and Installation;
