01 Intended Use
TwinLED is suitable for bonding small surfaces
with UVA and light curing acrylate adhesives in the
commercial sector, e.g. glass processors.
TwinLED is not suitable for use in medical,
cosmetic or similar applications.
TwinLED is designed for interior applications.
02 Safety Instructions
These operating instructions should always be kept
close at hand in the proximity of the device and
throughout its entire service life. This manual forms
part of the device and must be handed over to every
subsequent user. The device is exclusively intended
for commercial applications. The operator must
be conversant with the procedures to be observed
in line with the relevant accident prevention
regulations.
Each person operating this device must have read
and understood the operating instructions and
especially the safety instructions.
All safety instructions of this instruction manual and
the safety instructions on the device itself must be
observed.
Note: This product emits UV radiation.
Reduce the exposure of eyes and skin to UV
radiation to a minimum. Use appropriate shielding.
This device must only be used together with
appropriate protective equipment. Use protective
clothing, such as UV protection glasses and
protective gloves.
Risk group 1 according to EN 62471.
The device must always be stored in the carrying
case supplied.
The device must only be charged with the charger
supplied. Remove the charger from the socket while
the device is not being charged.
The device must only be operated in perfect
condition. Structural modifications of the device are
not admissible.
Opening the device (apart from the battery
compartment) will invalidate the manufacturer´s
warranty. All repairs on the device must only be
carried out by Bohle AG.

04 Charging the Battery
Charge TwinLED with the supplied charger before
the first start-up and if necessary. TwinLED can
continue being used while charging.
TwinLED is equipped with an NiMH battery and
integrated charging electronics. In this way the
battery is prevented from overcharging.
Please note: We recommend the battery is fully
charged in order to improve its runtime.
05 Switching the Device
ON/OFF
Press the key for switching TwinLED on.
In order to switch it off, press and hold the
for approx. 3 seconds.
Please note: When it is not being used, TwinLED
switches off automatically after approx. 10 minutes.
