• Using a Tractel fall arrest anchor point as an anchor

device for a load lifting device;
• Using this product outside the temperature range of
-35°C to +60°C;
• Using this product if you are not in good physical
condition;
• Using this product if you are pregnant;
• Using this product if the safety function of any of the
associated items is affected by the safety function of
another item or may interfere with it;
• Performing any repairs or maintenance of this product
without first having been trained and approved in
writing by Tractel ;

• Using this product if it is not complete, if it has been
dismantled beforehand or if components have been
replaced by any party not approved by Tractel
• Attaching this product by any means other than as
described in this manual;
• Securing this product to a bearing structure with a
strength known to be or possibly below 16 kN;
• Using this product with anchor brackets not
approved by Tractel SAS;
• Using base plate not approved by Tractel SAS;
• Using this product with more than one anchor
bracket at the same time;
• Using this product in the fall arrest configuration if the
space below the anchor device is incompatible with
the vertical clearance of the fall arrest system used or
if an obstacle is located in the fall path; and
• Using the product if a rescue plan has not been put in
place beforehand in the event of a fall by the operator;

• Connector (EN 362);
• Full body harness (EN 361);
• Rescue lifting device EN 1496 A or B;
• Anchor bracket (EN 795); and
• Evacuation device (EN 341).
Before using a fall arrest system, carry out the
regulatory checks in accordance with their specific
instructions for use.

9. Transport and storage

For associated systems, see the specific manuals of
the associated products.
During storage and/or transport, the product must be:
• Stored at a temperature between -35°C and 60°C;
and
• Protected from chemical, mechanical or any other
type of attack.

SAS - CS 60193 - 13322 Marseille - France, identified
by the number 0082, and has been tested according
to standards EN 795-A:2012 for one operator and
CEN/TS 16415:2013 for one operator weighing
150 kg; and
• Is identical to the equipment that has been tested
for compliance with the standard EN 1496:2017
by APAVE SUDEUROPE SAS, CS 60193, 13322
Marseille, France.
The caRol™ TS bracket:
• Is identical to equipment that has passed a conformity
examination carried out by APAVE SUDEUROPE
SAS - CS 60193 - 13322 Marseille - France, identified
by the number 0082, and has been tested according
to standards EN 795-A:2012 for one operator and
CEN/TS 16415:2013 for one operator.
The EU examination certificate of conformity issued by
APAVE and the declarations of conformity to standards
exclude applications associated with other directives.
Depending on their use, these other products are
subject to a declaration of conformity to:
• Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, load lifting.
The label markings of the davimast indicates:
a. The trade name: TRACTEL
b. The product description;
c. The reference standard followed by the year of
application;
d. The product reference, e.g. 286819;
