Preparing the pop-up assembly
□
Remove the ange (L) and rubber washer (M)
from the pop-up body (P).
□
Screw the nut (O) all the way down, and push
the gasket (N) down.

Installing the horizontal rod,
stopper, and strap
□
Unscrew the pivot nut (R) from the pop-up
body (P).
□
Retain the seal (Q) on the horizontal rod (S).
Place the pivot nut (R) onto the horizontal
rod (S), and insert the horizontal rod (S) and
seal (Q) into the pivot hole (1).
□
Install the horizontal rod (S) and stopper (K),
as shown (2).
□
Hand tighten the pivot nut (R).
□
Attach the horizontal rod (S) to the strap (V)
using the clip (T).

Installing the pop-up body and
pop-up flange
□
Insert the pop-up body (P) into the sink. Screw
the ange (L) onto the pop-up body (P). The
pivot hole (1) must face the back of the sink.
□
Use the groove joint pliers to tighten the nut (O),
but do not over tighten. Do not turn the pop-up
body (P) while tightening the nut (O) or the
sealant may not seal properly. Clean away
any excess putty.
