START BUTTON REPLACEMENT
NOTE: Make sure unit is not connected to power.
1. Remove top of sealer wand. (See Figure 4)
2. Remove wires and start
button by unscrewing
nut. (See Figure 4)
3. Insert new start button
and secure with nut.
Reattach wires.

OPERATING ISSUE
Overheating light is yellow.
Unit not sealing.
Over Current light is red.
Smoking

TROUBLESHOOTING
Discontinue use of unit until the light turns off.
Allow unit to cool for five minutes after ten minutes of continuous use.
Discontinue use until power is above 100V.
Move induction wand from jar and cap surface until the light turns off.
Reduce sealing time.

FUSE REPLACEMENT

1. Using screwdriver, pop
open fuse under plug.
(See Figure 5)
2. Remove old fuse and
insert new fuse.
(See Figure 6)
